In my memory...

I had read 1/3 part of logistic which include

intro, relationship, international . .

there were several important issue in those chapter

include ECR, QR, EDI . .. .

something about customer's response

that means market response,

and one thing to understand those information is relying on technology

some org like walmart, Tesco, Costco had invest a huge effort on IT development

in order to reduce cost,

in addition, in the logistic part, labor cost also play an important role during the process

some org like T had shift, 

their logistic centre in HK.

another thing is about relationship building during logistic process,

those org always made a lot of effort, to strong the relationship between them and supplier.
