很多的思念

When I just was washing grapes, there are several grapes droped.

Then I realized that big enterprise can look at a bunch of grapes,

the middle of trunk is thick and strong, it has power to connect the grape,

however there are plenty of grapes far from the middle.

That causes them easy to lose control and isolated.

Meanwhile, the mega company sometime has this kind of problem.

When the number of stuff rise, management become difficult.

Some stuff who is far from centre is hard to supervise.

Thus, more and more company adapt parallel management,

and cut down the distant between supervisors and workers.

But, it also causes other problem.
