很多的思念

Good morning ladys and gentlemen,

today I am going to make a speech aboout management,

but before that I want to ask you, why do I want 2 make this presentation?

Anslie do you know why? can anyone tell me?

the reason that I want to do this presentaiton is,

I think all of us, who came from different country, with different background, with different professional

and now we are all gather here to study in this room.

why we are here?

Be honestly, the tuition fee of uni is not cheap, and life cost is high either.

some people give up our high position of the old enterprise,

some of us will spent all our saving which we had made before,

some of us may spent all the saving of our parents'

that's a big secrofyse of our career, why we make this decision.

The reason is we want to make us different with other people,

moreover, we want to become the best amount people.

However, I have to admit people are lazy, beside we are the person who will get use

to do what we do before.

but in management, its a serious issue.

people who want to be elite, who want to manage a team must understand this

phlosiohy. and for my experience, management is one kind of ''art ''

because people is always changeable and very hard to control.

Next, I will show three simple basic idea.

First, manage yourself well

people who want to manage other people,

control yourself is the most important issue to do.

this includes manage a good shape of body, maintain a healthy mind, and

good relationship with other people.

because to be a manager, you are located on the hot seat.

You are on the spot light, so everyone which not only include your

team members but also other manager will observe your talk and your behavior.

Further, some people may see you as a model.
