The listening is about a lecture which is talking the teleworking, so call distant work,

just like some people who work at home, but use different eqiment to communicate with offices,

and the speaker also illustrated the advantage and weakness for teleworking,

the weakness of the teleworker, that may lead them lack of back up from the office,

but they also can save time to transportation.
